In the modern era of superior technology and advanced electronic communication systems we concluded that convergence of the native features found in every day technologies would ease the typical call centre congestion and paper processing pains associated with the functions of wholesaling, logistics and distribution. We designed very simplistic formula using an ENABLER, a CARRIER and a HOST PROCESSOR to overcome the many sticky areas associated with this industry.

Our solutions use a range of everyday devices and familiar technologies to enable remote capturing of orders, data and related information. Cellular handsets, digital pens, electronic writing pads and handheld scanners are some of the enablers we use to provide affordable yet effective remote data input devices as part of our solutions.

Although we favor wireless communication technologies as carriers it is not always practical or possible to use the airwaves to link up to host systems. We therefore have developed online, real-time solutions as well as batch mode processing solutions.

Processing all the inputs and making business sense of the variety of data streams provided by the multitude of capturing devices is the primary objective of the host processor. The experience obtained from several years of process, systems and business analysis allowed us to design and develop a centrally hosted business fulfillment processing unit that is also capable of workflow management and encompasses process routing logic.
